BACKSTAGE what a run costs

Concert merch printing pricing, built around your show.

Live merch pricing is quote-based because a headliner run at a 5,000-cap arena is a different animal than a club night. Here is exactly what moves the number.

Row of concert merch print presses running for a crowd of fans
from $5,000

A staffed local station for a single show — setup, operation, and teardown included.

$250/hr

Crew rate per operator. We size the crew to your fan count so the line never stalls.

$900 travel

Flat travel fee for shows outside Orange County, LA, and San Diego. Local shows: no travel fee.

What moves the quote

Show length & stations

Doors-to-load-out hours and how many print lanes the room needs. A two-lane club night and a five-lane festival price very differently.

Garments & quantity

Bella+Canvas tees, heavyweight fleece hoodies, and Richardson caps each carry different blank costs and sizing curves. Whether we source blanks or you supply them matters.

Artwork & method

DTF transfers, burned screens, digitized embroidery, or patches. Clean vector art speeds prep; multi-color screen runs add setup.

Travel & load-in

Local SoCal versus a routed tour date, plus venue load-in rules, union stagehands, and power access.

How to get a real number fast

Send the date, city, venue capacity, expected fan count, show length, and which garments you want on the wall. We come back with a station plan, crew count, garment list, and a firm quote — not a generic price sheet. Most tour and venue managers hear back within a business day.

BACKSTAGE reserve your dates

Lock the run in one message.

Send the venue, capacity, and garment list. We quote the exact station plan instead of guessing from a table.

Merch Troop reviews every show and replies with a station plan, crew count, and garment list.
