BACKSTAGE answer
How fast can you print merch at a concert?
A single heat-press pressing takes only seconds, but real-world speed is about the line, not the machine. Throughput depends on how many lanes you run, how clean the menu board is, and how the queue flows. For a busy general-admission night we add lanes and a screen station so the wall never empties during the between-set rush. A well-staffed two-lane setup comfortably keeps a mid-size club moving; arenas and festivals get more lanes sized to attendance.
We dial press times, pressure, and registration before doors so the crew is producing, not troubleshooting, once fans arrive.
Pre-burned screens and pre-prepped transfers mean the station is pulling and pressing from the first song.
The short version
